Marc Kelly set up Sculp in 2011. He trained as a sculptor and brought that craft straight into advertising. Today our team builds promotional props for some of the largest brands on the market. We work with brand owners directly. We also partner with agencies who need a business they can rely on.
Our Emyvale base gives us room for big builds. We have a design studio, CNC machining, a paint shop and steel production on the same site. Nothing goes out to a third party. That keeps the quality high and the lead times short. It also means one team answers your questions from first sketch to final install.

How We Work, From Idea to Breakdown
Every project runs through the same five stages. You get one point of contact the whole way through.
Design. We start with your brief, your brand guidelines and the site details.
Engineering. Large propers need to be safe. Our team works out the frame and fixings. We can supply a structural engineering certification if a site or venue asks for it.
Production. This is where the making happens. Our team uses CNC machining, 3D printing, hand sculpting, steel fabrication, printing and paint shop services.
Installation. Our crew delivers and fits the work on site. We have installed in city centre locations, bars and beer gardens across Ireland.
Breakdown. After the event we lift the props out, and store or dispose of the pieces as agreed.
Materials We Use
The right material depends on the design, the budget and the site. We offer a full range of choices for each job. That list runs from polystyrene, timber, stone and steel through to fabrics, fibreglass, polyurea, 2k paints, printing plastics, vinyl graphics and lighting.
We pick materials that get the most out of the design. Cost, environmental impact and on site suitability all feed into that call. A prop for an indoor trade stand rarely needs the same build as an outdoor sculpture facing harsh Irish weather. We will talk you through the options before anything is signed off.
Safety on Site
Large advertising props sit in public spaces. That brings duties for you and for us. We build to hold up in Irish weather and in busy crowds. Where a venue needs paperwork, we supply engineering certification with the piece.
